Carved from Teak Wood, shown here in its raw, unfinished state straight off the chisel so the depth of the relief carving is clearly visible.
Sold as raw/unfinished by default — choose a natural varnish, wax, or full multi-colour temple finish and we will complete it before dispatch.
Base carving takes about 5 weeks; add roughly 1-2 more weeks if you choose a painted or multi-colour finish.
The carved panel plus your chosen finish (or left raw on request), with a rear hanging fitting and protective packing.
If left unfinished, the raw wood will darken naturally with age; for a painted finish, dust gently and avoid wet cloths.
This raw-finish listing lets customers who want to have it locally lacquered or painted to their own taste do so.
